How do I find out the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, the items in your order will be picked and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.

Does 2storee ship outside of Canada?

Yes. Please contact us for more information on international shipping at toll-free 1.844.758.7793.

What type of delivery method should I expect?

A courier company will be used to deliver all orders. A particular courier company will be assigned based on factors such as the type of products ordered, size of the order, and destination. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Once signed for, the product is your property and 2storee is no longer responsible for it.

Can I request expedited shipping for an additional fee?

Are samples available?

Yes. We are happy to send out all products that have sample packs available.

What are your live customer service hours?

Live customer service via telephone is available Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time (MST).

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you notice any damage to your order upon delivery to your front door, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not sign for damaged product.
